Keep shoppin.
VOT cabs are particle board with admitted water damage, 300 for them when he's already flipped the grills separately is about 275 too much. If the grills, or the crossovers are included that would greatly sweeten the deal.
The 1202's are....................... well, 1202's. For 700 you can get a lot more hifi.
Seeburg DDS1's, the great pretenders. They wanna be big bad boys, but in the end are just wanna be's. The formica covered particle board cabinets are 3 times as heavy as they ever needed to be. The Utah woofers are a terrible mismatch in terms of sensitivity and overall sonic character. Overall performance falls way short of what you should expect from a speaker system of that size and bulk. Either model Valencia blows them away across the board. Their value ends at the 811/806's.
Just my .02.........................
About 2 or 3 years ago, I was only able to get about 200 for my cabinets, and they were plywood........ one did have a manufacturing defect on a flare, but they were in pretty good shape, with nice stickers.
The 828 cabinets may get that much in other areas, but I think $300 is too much for MI........ especially for incomplete late model cabinets.

The horns in the Seeburgs are worth 300, no more than 100 for the rest. New tuned cabs, a project I did years ago, will help a LOT. But after spending a couple hundred and a LOT of work, you'll have maybe a $600 set of speakers. IOW, I would only buy 'em cheap.
Your neighbors called. They like your music.
